Role

Presales Healthcare Lead Consultant responsible for developing the Healthcare vertical in line with
strategic and revenue/profitability goals.

Job Location: Bangalore


Responsibilities

  • Own/Conduct pre-sales & business pursuits for the vertical, along with co-team members and
    other stakeholders

oCollaborate and Manage expectations with multiple teams (Sales, Solutions/Practice
teams, Delivery, enabling functions such as Finance, Legal, HR, others)

  • Vertical and Business Development enablement - Conduct high Impact presentations with key
    CXOs / Business teams in customer organization

oResearch and Identify key trends in the industry and create Point-of-Views (POVs)

oGo-To-Market Services/Solution Offerings and pitch collaterals creation, with POVs from
domain/technology perspective; in working with Sales, Solutions and Practice / Delivery

oFor Top Focus accounts proactively identify opportunities along with account team

oResearch the customer landscape (technology investments, pain areas, incumbent
vendors) and help the Sales/Account team with pitches

  • End-to-end Rfx and proactive Proposal responses ownership, to enable the vertical annual sales
    and profitability goals

oOwn the response documents storyboarding and content fulfillment  timeliness and
quality

oContribute to solution development, especially from domain perspective, along with
Practice/Delivery teams  in line with requirements

oLead / Anchor end to end integrated solution design for multi-LOB deals / key
transformation deals, with support from respective teams; Bring in domain flavor as part
of overall solutioning / design

oCompetitive assessment and Value Proposition articulation

oCommercial modeling - Review estimates, pricing & profitability, approval process to
ensure alignment with the pursuit requirement and corporate guidelines

oEnable review with senior leadership of sales and delivery

  • Contractual process completion  MSA reviews and SOWs processing to completion with due
    approvals, in coordination with relevant functions
  • Client Visit Management - End-to-end Visit strategizing, agenda development and execution
    management with support from stakeholders and other support functions

oVisit content development along with key participants

oCustomer Experience management

  • Proactive Knowledge Management

oCreate & Maintain assigned case study and re-usable repository.

oPrepare templates and build re-usable components to reduce time-to-market

  • Continuous Improvement - Identify the common customer pain areas, transactional fulfillmet
    operational pain areas - seen during business pursuit efforts and improve response process


Desired Candidate Profile


•Overall experience of 8+ years in IT Services/Solutions, with good part of it with Mid and Large
tier companies

o Strong experience and understanding of Digital Services, Solutions and Technologies 
Customer Experience / CRM, Web/Mobile, IoT, Data & Insights (AI/ML), Robotic Process
Automation, Quality Engineering, Cloud, Microservices, Digital Engineering (Agile,
DevOps, Pods), ERP (SAP), Infrastructure Mgmt

•5+ years of experience in Presales, with significant portion of it in Healthcare &
Pharmaceuticals/Lifesciences vertical support

o High Win/Conversion ratio  result orientation

o Go-To-Market (GTM) Digital Services/Solutions collaterals creation

oEnd-to-End Rfx responses ownership

oStrong Commercial modeling skills  end to end pricing ownership

oCustomer value proposition development and articulation

•5+ years of experience in Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals/Lifesciences

oStrong experience and understanding of Pharmaceuticals/Lifesciences domain especially

oGood understanding of all sub-segments  Provider, Payer, Pharmaceuticals &
Lifesciences

•Business Analyst experience in Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals/Lifesciences domain is a plus

•Relevant US Healthcare certifications are a plus
