Work Location: Chennai - (Chetpet till April - after April2021 at Ambattur Estate)

Shift: Day shift (9:30am to 6pm) Fixed Sunday Off

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle Outbound Customer calls and collect genuine Feedback from Customers of the Ecommerce web portal and report to the management

Maintain and track all customer records and feedback in a systematic manner

Ensure all the queries and issues in the orders are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
