Experience : Minimum 6-8 year experience in Collections and at least 3-4 years in

unsecured/PL collection is a must.

Location : Chennai & Bangalore.

Notice Period : Immediate

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to handle an area for collections of various loan products (Personal
  Loan, Unsecured Business Loan, Secured Business Loan)
• Responsible for collection efficiency and cost of collections for the assigned area
• Responsible to track & control the delinquency of the area, Bucket-wise & DPD
  wise and focus on non-starters
• Responsible to review account allocations and collections targets by bucket to in
  house team and agencies
• Regularly follow up with the default customers through a dedicated team
• Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters and monitoring
  performance against set parameters and daily reviewing the same
• Making sure that there is adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise /
  bucket-wise / product-wise
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure reconciliation is promptly done
• Building relationships with customers to ensure timely collections are made
• Determine suitable tactics or strategies for timely collections.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirement:

• Minimum 6-8 year experience in Collections and at least 3-4 years in
  unsecured/PL collection is a must
• Should have handled a team
• Experience in secured loan portfolio collection is an added advantage
• Legal knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Should be diplomatic, good at communicator and conflict resolution
